The Sophia Center was founded in 1993
as a faith-based, non-denominational, not
for profit organization that specializes in
helping the needy and marginalized. The
name, Sophia, means “Wisdom of~God” and
aptly reflects our philosophy of a balanced,
integrated, synergistic approach to achieving
inner health and well-being.
We offer a full spectrum of services for children,
adolescents and adults. Services range
from individual, group, marriage and family
counseling, to testing, educational consultation,
massage and hypnotherapy, workshops,
in-services and special presentations.
